Our client, Keepmoat, briefed us to design and landscape the exterior grounds of their Sales
Area.

SOLUTION The Flora-tec way
We wanted to help Keepmoat achieve their goal o
f a highly captivating and aesthetically
pleasing sales information centre. The idea being that the quality on the outside will reflect
the equally impressive houses they would be selling.
We wanted to incorporate symmetry into the design with a paved pathway through the middle dividing the two identical arrangements of turf, shrubbery and plants. In turn we
created an elegant and eye catching sales area fully fit for purpose.
Martin has over 20 years experience in the commercial and domestic sections of the horticulture industry. He runs two teams who deliver a broad range of construction projects including show gardens and sales areas for residential developers.
