Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Monday – Friday 45 hours per week

Full job description
Flora- tec Ltd is a privately owned and managed Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance business covering the whole of the UK via regional depots and approved service partners. Formed in 1997 and targeting the UK facilities management sector, the business has developed a reputation for great customer experience and innovation.

To provide a quality, proactive service, working within the Landscape Construction department to deliver a professional product which meets and where possible exceeds the client’s expectations.

  • Full UK drivers’ licence.
  • CSCS Card an advantage but not essential.
  • CRB Checks may be required.
  • CPCS tickets / PA1PA6 / SSSTS / SMSTS an advantage but not essential.
  • Required 2 years’ experience in landscaping operations or related trade.

Grounds Maintenance
Supervisor

Location: Various 

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Monday – Friday 45 hours per week

Full job description:
Flora-tec Limited is one of the UK’s leading corporate horticulture companies, providing a total exterior and interior design, supply and maintenance service. An opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor to run a Grounds Maintenance Contract in the Tameside area. You will be responsible for the management and completion of variation work across the contract and have effective leadership of operatives under your control.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Experience of working as a supervisor within a Grounds Maintenance environment.
  • Hold a recognised horticultural qualification or be qualified through experience.
  • Experienced in operating a broad range of garden/grounds maintenance powered machinery

Desirable:

  • Pa1 Pa6 Knapsack Spraying certificate.
  • The successful candidate will be required to have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance completed.
  • Hold a UK driving licence.
